Here, you’ll find answers to some of the more frequently asked questions about our Forster auto-mechanical services. Reading these will give you a better idea of who we are and what services we offer at Joe’s Auto Services Centre.

Do you only service the Forster area?

Our mechanical services are available to all of Forster’s surrounding areas, including Tuncurry, Great Lakes, Smith Lake, Pacific Palms, Hallidays Point, and Diamond Beach. We have a mobile repairs vehicle. Please call us if you’d like to know more.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, EFT, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, Oxipay
Do you sell accessories?

Yes, we do! We stock accessories for all kinds of vehicles, including trailers. Give us a call today so we can help you with the accessories you need.
I have a European car. Won’t I need a specialist mechanic?

As it so happens, we have been awarded Master Technician status from Mercedes-Benz, no less. Your European car will be in the best hands here at Joe’s Auto Services Centre. We have no problems sourcing genuine parts for any vehicle here. Get in touch today. We’ll make sure you get peak performance from your vehicle.
What are your operating hours?

You can visit us Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services?

Yes. We can pick up your vehicle and drop it off after servicing. Just call us and we’ll organise everything for you. Please keep in mind, however, this service is limited to our immediate local area.
I’m worried about my new car warranty. I need to have my logbook servicing done by the dealer, right?

No need to worry. At Joe’s, we are Logbook Service specialists. Everything will be done by the book—genuine parts and all manufacturer recommendations. Your warranty is 100% safe with us. What’s more, you’ll pay less at Joe’s and our mechanics are first class (factory trained at Ford and Mercedes-Benz).
I need a last minute rego check. Can you help me?

Yes. Call now. We go out of our way to look after our fellow locals and if it’s humanly possible, we’ll schedule you in, no problem.
Do you service larger vehicles?

Yes. Trucks can be serviced here. We also service 4x4 vehicles and mini-buses. As well as mechanical services, we supply and install accessories and replacement parts.
